Terms and Conditions for Membership Plans

1. General Terms for All Memberships:

• Eligibility: Membership is open to all concierge doctors maintaining an active practice.
• Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Initial membership fees and annual renewal fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees will not be refunded for partial months.
• Amendments: True Potential Healthcare reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes and may opt to continue or cancel their membership under the new terms.

2. Basic, Premium, and Platinum Memberships:

• Memberships: Initial membership fee required. Annual renewal fee required. Monthly subscription fee applicable.

3. Concierge Elite Founder’s Circle:

• Eligibility: Limited to the first 25 concierge doctors who register and are accepted.
• Memberships: Initial membership fee required. Annual renewal fee required. Monthly subscription fee applicable.
• Profit Sharing:
  • Year 1: Members receive a share of 10% of the platform’s net profits, distributed equally among the first 25 doctors.
  • Years 2-3: Members receive a share of 8% of the platform’s net profits, distributed equally among the first 25 doctors.
  • Year 4 and Beyond: Members receive a share of 5% of the platform’s net profits, distributed equally among the first 25 doctors.
• Profit Calculation: Net profits are calculated after all operational expenses, taxes, and other liabilities are deducted from the platform’s gross revenue.
• Distribution Schedule: Profit sharing distributions will be made annually, within 90 days of the end of the fiscal year.
• Reporting: Members will receive periodic reports detailing the platform’s financial performance and the calculation of net profits.

By joining any of the membership plans, including the Concierge Elite Founder’s Circle, you agree to these terms and conditions and commit to actively participating in the growth and success of True Potential Healthcare.
